News 2009 : Citroën C1 in Algeria

Produced alongside the Peugeot 107 and Toyota Aygo, in the Czech Kolín factory, the small Citroen, sold 310 000 copies throughout the world since its launch in 2005, reveals itself with a new nose.

It is full of a new front even more expressive, which is aligned with the new brand identity with a shield to the periphery stronger and more solid. It also receives an insert chrome around the main air intake.
In the interior, the new C1 receives some changes in terms of linings and decorations. The keg orders placed under the center console, across the range, adopt a new silk screen more readable and modern.

Under the hood, as the Peugeot 107, Citroën C1 keep the same gasoline engine, 3-cylinder 1.0 VVT 68 hp original Toyota engine twice this year in its class. The other block is 1.4 HDi 55 hp at 4 000 rpm and a torque of 130 Nm at 1 750 rpm with a consumption of 4.1 l/100 km combined cycle.
According to the responsible marketing Price-product Citroën in Algeria,the small C1 will be introduced in our market during the first quarter of 2009.
